Conference Invitation
Dear colleagues,
We are pleased to announce the organization of the AGLIS 2026 Conference, which will take place on April 22-24, 2026.
The conference is being organized in collaboration with the Aikaterini Laskaridis Foundation and will be held in person, with the option of online participation, at the Historical Library of the Aikaterini Laskaridis Foundation (2nd Merarchias 36 & Aktis Moutsopoulou, 185 35, Piraeus).
The theme of the conference is: “Spaces of knowledge and memory: Redefining the image of libraries, archives, and museums in a changing world.”
This year’s theme highlights the critical importance of information spaces in preserving and transmitting knowledge and memory in a constantly evolving society. The conference is aimed at professionals from all kinds of libraries and offers a forum for discussion on the development and challenges of our field today.
It would be a great honor for us to have you participate in the proceedings of the AGLIS 2026 Conference.
